UOIT provost elected CAE president

Dr. Richard Marceau, provost and vice-president, Academic, UOIT has been elected president of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE) for 2012-2013. Dr. Marceau’s election was announced at the CAE’s annual general meeting in Ottawa.

Dr. Marceau, who has served in his role at UOIT since 2005, was elected as a CAE Fellow in 2002 and has served on the CAE’s Board of Directors since 2009.
