Library Red Zones strictly enforced

Effective Monday, March 3, Red Zone areas (silent use only) in the North Oshawa Library will be strictly enforced.

Red zone areas are intended for individual study and research. Talking, cellphone and headphone use is not permitted in these areas. Laptop computers and other electronic devices may be used with any sound or audio features turned off.

Red Zones are located in Library Room 330 (on the third floor) and on the fourth floor.

These areas will be regularly patrolled by library and security staff. Violators must leave the area immediately upon request by security/library staff.
