December 15 accident on campus

With great sadness, Ontario Tech University shares information about a December 15 accident on campus at the new building construction site. Tragically, the accident resulted in a fatality.
The Ontario Tech campus community offers sincere condolences to the family, friends and co-workers of the deceased. University flags have been lowered.
The university continues to support the work of Durham Regional Police Service and the Ontario Ministry of Labour as they conduct their investigation. The construction site remains closed.
