UOIT to host first-ever Energy and the Environment Day to promote youth science initiatives in Durham Region

OSHAWA, Ont. - Join more than 250 Durham Region high school students and teachers as they learn the latest energy and environmental research at the first-ever University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) Energy and the Environment Day, on Monday, February 20.

At a special media conference, UOIT will officially launch its partnerships with Youth Science Foundation Canada, and Sci-Tech Ontario, aimed at encouraging today's youth to pursue education in science and discovery.
