UOIT prepares to welcome up to 2,000 students and parents at 2006 Fall Open House

OSHAWA, Ont. - An estimated 2,000 prospective students, parents and other guests are expected on campus this Saturday for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology's (UOIT) Fall Open House.

Prospective students and visitors will get a first-hand look at UOIT's leading-edge learning environment through tours of its state-of-the-art campus buildings, labs and technology; have an opportunity to participate in a Student Life Expo, and UOIT program and information sessions; get an introduction to UOIT's hands-on research opportunities that make a direct impact on society; and have a chance to visit with deans, faculty members, staff and current students.
