In preparation for the consolidation of the Education and Social Science Libraries into one location at the 61 Charles Street Building, the Education Library at 11 Simcoe Street (Education Building) will close on Monday, May 1.  Staff will remain on site until the official moving date later in the month.

Collections at the Education Building will be moved mid-May and become accessible to students, faculty and staff at the new location as soon as possible.

After the move, Education items may be returned to any Library location (including the north Oshawa location and the location at Durham College’s Whitby Campus).

You can still request items while they are being unpacked by contacting the Social Science and Education Library or by placing a hold in the Library catalogue.
